Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your Pole Box account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

Send an email to christophe@alpes-ia.fr with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your Pole Box account.

What will be deleted

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Your user profile (email, display name)
• All uploaded videos and thumbnails
• All video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, categories)
• Your subscription data
• All usage and storage data

Timeline

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.

What happens to your subscription

If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel it. Please cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store before requesting account deletion.
